Uploading your own slides to PathLibrary

1. On the main page, click on your user icon, then on Upload slides.

2. Click or drag and drop to upload one or more digital slides. Supported formats include .svs, .ndpi, .ome.tiff, and .mrxs.

3. Click Upload. Wait until all files are finished uploading. For confidentiality, any patient labels will be discarded.

4. Once your slides have been uploaded, they will need to be processed before you can view them. Processing occurs automatically; during this stage, feel free to close the page and come back later.

5. After processing, click on your case to view the slide.

6. Click Edit case info at the top to begin annotating. Anatomic site and diagnosis are required; clinical information, special stains, microscopic features, practice questions, and a case discussion are optional.

7. Click "Save annotation" once you are done annotating.

8. If you would like to make your slide and annotation visible to others, click "Share case". You will first need to set your display name under your Profile page if you haven't done so yet.
